Frequently Asked Questions
Which e-invoice formats are supported?
In the current version, the add-on supports XML files according to the XRechnung standard (both UN/CEFACT CII and OASIS UBL) conforming to the European standard EN16931. Hybrid PDFs such as ZUGFeRD / Factur-X or formats like ebInterface are not supported in this version.
Are invoice details uploaded to third-party servers?
No. The extraction and presentation of the XML content occurs locally within the add-on context. No data is transmitted to Creoggio servers.
Do I need permissions in Google Workspace?
The add-on requests only the minimum necessary Gmail permissions to read opened emails and their attachments in order to display the preview.
